The Customer is informed of the rules on marketing communications, the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

As data controller, YardRange sets the purposes of its processing, gives prospects and customers full information about how their data is used, and keeps a record of processing. Each time YardRange processes personal data, it takes all reasonable steps to make sure the data is accurate and relevant for the purposes for which it is processed.

No personal information of users of the Site is published without their knowledge, or exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold to third parties. Only the acquisition of YardRange and its rights would allow this information to be passed to the buyer, who would then be bound by the same obligations towards users.
