30-day free returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order and get a full refund, without giving a reason. Returns are free and there is no restocking fee. This goes beyond the 14-day right to cancel you have under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

For your return to be accepted:

the item must be complete (all parts, accessories and instructions), ideally in its original packaging;
it must be in a condition that allows it to be resold as new. You can set it up and try it as you would in a shop, but if it has been used beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Arrived damaged or faulty

If an item arrives damaged or has a fault, email photos of the item and its packaging to contact@yardrange.co.uk, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We will send you a replacement part or item free of charge, as soon as we have the photos. You do not need to send the damaged item back and there is nothing to pay. If the item is no longer available, we will refund you in full. All our shipments are insured.

This is in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which it does not limit. In particular, you can reject a faulty item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return an item

Email contact@yardrange.co.uk with your order number and the items you want to return.
We will confirm your return by email, with the return address and a prepaid return label or a collection.
Pack the item securely, with your order number inside the parcel, and send it within 14 days of contacting us.

Refunds

We refund the price of the items and any delivery charge you paid, to your original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the items back or proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. We will email you when the refund is issued. Your bank may then take a few days to show it on your account.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or product, return the item for a refund and place a new order, or email us and we will help.
