Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in mainland Great Britain. For Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, please contact us before ordering.
Delivery times
Orders are prepared and dispatched by our partner suppliers. Customer service, returns and order tracking are handled by YardRange.
- Preparation time: 1–4 business days
- Transit time: 4–8 business days after dispatch
- Estimated total delivery time: 5–12 business days (preparation + transit)
- Delivery days: Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays
- Order cut-off: orders placed after 6pm (UK time) on a business day are prepared the next business day
Every order receives a confirmation email, then a dispatch email with your tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number within 72 hours of your order, email us and we will send it to you.
The carrier may vary depending on the weight and size of your order. Large items such as nets and packs may arrive in several parcels, sometimes on different days.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on every order to the addresses we serve. The total is always shown before you confirm your order.
Prices include UK VAT. There are no customs charges or import fees to pay on delivery.
Damaged or missing parcel
All parcels are tracked and insured. If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and its packaging and email them to us, ideally within 48 hours. If a parcel does not arrive, contact us: we will replace it or refund you.
